Does it take more than one person to undertake a task? There are many task that take more than one person. This is a safe way of working in the workshop and keeps us aligned with OH&S requirements, but are we charging for it?
One commonly forgotten item is charging for an allowance for more than one person to assist in lifting heavy items. For example a four man lift is applicable when removing tubs and trays and a two man lift is applicable for tailgates and bonnets (there are other items that require this as well as these listed items). This one has been around forever but with the addition of new ways of estimating we need to be considering time spent on the floor, and in this case multiple people are spending time on these operations.
