Take VIN pictures at the start of the estimate
Estimators will often use the images while estimating and can be looking through sometimes 30-50 images to find the Vin, build date and mileage etc . If you're using an app that categorises your images, it can be helpful to either take your VIN stickers/plates, mileage and gear stick at the very start. Or drag and drop them to uncategorised. You can also drag and drop them to the top of the image list depending on your quote package. We often forget how much we will refer to those particular images especially when using external systems for estimation like Audanet.
Extra side note for Auanet users - take an image of the driver's area so you can see what features it has for when you're manually selecting the model in Audanet. One image with the view of the whole steering wheel, dash and if it's a manual or automatic.
