Axalta Drivus will be hosting a series of one-day Business Council events set to take place across major cities in the coming months. Tailored specifically for bodyshop owners and managers, these sessions will bring like-minded professionals together for a day of dynamic discussions, networking, and valuable insights.

The 2024 Business Council series is designed to empower bodyshop owners to build better businesses through practical guidance and collaborative learning. This year's focus is on enhancing collision repair operations across four key areas:

  1. Creating a Working Environment That Inspires: Explore how to build an environment where employees feel motivated and valued, and learn the importance of defining your business "why" or vision.
  2. Assessing Your Business Health: Gain a clear understanding of where you and your business stand with insights on conducting a comprehensive business health check.
  3. Planning Your Path Forward: Develop actionable strategies, set meaningful goals, and learn how to navigate the planning cycle to ensure continuous improvement.
  4. Measuring Your Performance: Understand the significance of financial management and KPIs, and how to track performance effectively.

“The Axalta Drivus Business Council is more than just a workshop; it's an opportunity for bodyshop owners to connect, reflect, and find ways to improve their businesses,” said Robin Taylor, Axalta Drivus Manager for Australia and New Zealand. “We’ve developed each session to be engaging and to encourage open dialogue among participants. It’s about coming together to share knowledge, solve common challenges, and ultimately, drive success.”

These business councils are designed to challenge traditional thinking and inspire new ways of operating. The events are open to bodyshop owners and managers (regardless of paint brand used) who are keen to elevate their business performance and engage in meaningful discussions with industry peers.
