It's never been more important to tell us the issues you face in running your business, or if you don't have any and everything is a breeze. This year's survey is going to set out for everyone in the industry your views about major insurers, your attitudes towards training, how you feel about the industry in general and how confident you are for the future.
This survey is for owners or managers only please - it is totally anonymous and takes a maximum of 10 minutes to complete. We'll be delivering the results in our next magazine edition after analysing it at our L!VE conference in Melbourne next month. If you are part of an multi-site group each site manager can still take part. As per last year we'll need at least 300 replies to make it a representative survey.
We launched the survey last Friday and from the responses we've had so far confidence has taken a nose dive over the last 12 months for many business owners and managers. As an example, last year 63% of respondents were confident that their business would be profitable for the next five years, currently only 41% of respondents are confident of this and volume seems to be down for many respondents.
