The case against three AMA Group former executives around poaching staff and customers since they moved to Drive Group has been resolved.
The lawsuit was filed in December 2022 against former CEO Andrew Hopkins and six executives. AMA Group counsel Jamie Darams said that his client had resolved its claims against Dave Marino, Steve Bubulj and Dave Calder as well as the Drive Group itself. The parties are reported to have reached a settlement.
AMM Group is also seeking damages and compensation for lost business, as well as the cost of recruiting and training new staff to replace those who left to join Drive Group. The case surrounding allegations of financial misconduct against former CEO Andrew Hopkins is still ongoing.
