The Australian Collision Industry Alliance is holding an information evening in South Australia on Wednesday 20 March at the MTA Training & Employment Centre from 6-70pm.

The Australian Collision Industry Alliance (ACIA) is a not-for-profit organisation formed in 2023.

It aims to promote the wide range of rewarding careers offered in the collision repair sphere and by doing so ensure the sustainability of this industry that is vital to keep Australia mobile by:

– Co-ordinating stakeholders to fund, innovate, develop and drive programs to attract and retain people in the industry.

– Repositioning collision repair as an attractive career choice and an industry of high social and commercial value.

– Increasing the industry's visibility by promoting polished content through communication channels i.e. website, social media and other avenues.

Initial Activities:

The initial activities that the ACIA will focus on include:

– Promoting the collision industry to key influencers such as careers advisors

– Presence at careers events

– Raising funds and encouraging participation from all areas of the industry

– Creating a digital presence

– Developing effective long and short-term strategies
