The Australian Collision Industry Alliance (ACIA) has announced the nominations for its upcoming Board of Directors and Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 12 April 2024.

The ACIA will create a skills-based board aligned with its objectives to better serve the interests of its members. The nominations received have been considered in reference to the board selection policy and skills matrix. It has been decided to reserve three board positions to be filled later to enable the opportunity to reassess and introduce new skill sets as the Alliance evolves and builds momentum.

A list of candidates who fulfil the Alliance's immediate needs and priority objectives has been determined, and the nominees are:

- Sarah Moynihan, Head of People, Culture & Change at Fortress Collision Repair Services (QLD)

- Mike Wilkinson, Owner/Manager at Peter Wilkinson & Co (WA)

- James Black, Operations Manager at Sheen Panel Service (NSW)

- Andrea McCarthy, Owner/Manager at McCarthy Panel Works (QLD)

All members will have the opportunity to vote on the proposed board via an online ballot. The outcomes will be announced at the Annual General Meeting.

The ACIA is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive board that represents its members' interests and better serves the Collision Repair Industry. The ACIA encourages all members to participate in the upcoming AGM and vote for the proposed Board of Directors.

Members can register to attend the AGM at the ACIA website.
