BOSS profitability seminars

The first in a series of BOSS Australia Smash Repairs Seminars was held on the Sunshine Coast in December. The seminar, run by BOSS Australia owner and manager Alan Shotton, was designed to educate and inform Smash Repairers of industry trends and profit growth strategies. Sponsored by Prestige Paints, the night was held at the Shearwater Resort in Caloundra.

The seminar analyses shops profitability markers and identifies profit strategies to help businesses survive the economic and industry climate for the future.

Called ‘Recession-proof your businesses, the night also saw the introduction of Chris O’Connell to BOSS Australia. Chris’s background in accounting, productivity management and estimating and sales techniques has been added to the existing specialities within BOSS Australia.

This was the first of many planned seminars across the South East Queensland region. A further two seminars have been scheduled for both Brisbane and the Gold Coast with more to follow.
