The Australian Accident Repair Network (AARN) board has appointed Wayne Lyons as the network's new chief executive officer, replacing Geoff Bedford.
Lyons has worked in executive roles in the automotive, quality assurance, sales and after sales sectors.
He has worked for both OEM and independent automotive repair companies in executive roles.
"The opportunity to work with a progressive and focused group of members and a board that is so dedicated to the success of the network is an honour and a challenge I look forward to," Lyons said.
AARN chairman, Frank Zulian, said Lyons' substantial knowledge of the industry, expertise and reputation will assist in driving the network through its next growth phase.
"He has great experience and this gives the board considerable confidence for the future and the growth of the AARN network," he said.
