Queensland's Mark McHugh Body Works took out 'Best Customer Experience' award in 2014, a feat that according to its owner and operator Brenda Gosney comes down to loyal staff.

“Without them you cannot offer good customer service.”

The secret ingredient for customer service success? Gosney believes that the key is pretty simple.

“We just have professional staff that meet and greet the customers and we also have a customer experience form that we use for feedback.”
