Our recent Next Generation conference in Melbourne last month reinforced, once again, how many stellar youngsters we have in the industry. Not enough we'll grant you, but let's celebrate what we have. 

The rising star award is to recognise younger people in the industry (working in a body repair shop rather than an associated industry), under the age of 35, that are on the path to becoming leaders or innovators. We're looking for positive, energetic people who have contributed to the success of a smash repair shop or chain of shops.

We had plenty of nominations last year but not all of those translated to the video entries we need to make our decision. The 2016 winner Brad Kolich from Weststar Prestige, Victoria made his on an iPhone and any smart device will do (see video below). It doesn't have to be a Baz Luhrmann production - we just want to find out more about you and why you should win this award. If you entered last year but didn't win then give it another go.
