We know there are an encouraging amount of great managers, owners, workshop and office 'youngsters' out there, because we've met many of them on our travels juding for the Paint&Panel BodyshopAwards.

This award is to recognise younger people in the industry, under the age of 35, that are on the path to becoming leaders or innovators. We're looking for positive, energetic people who have contributed to the success of an autobody repair shop or chain of shops. This award is not open to industry suppliers, only those who work in bodyshops. Remember we also have an award for a Young Achiever under the age of 21.

Rising star is by VIDEO ENTRY - NOMINATE HERE

How does it work?
Be nominated or nominate yourself. We are hoping that suppliers who have been impressed with their dealings with an under 35-year-old in a repair shop will also nominate. We will then ask the nominees to make a video of not more than six minutes talking about themselves and the industry. If you aren't prepared to make a video, please don't nominate yourself. It doesn't have to be a Steve Speilberg production, last year's winner just balanced her smart phone on her desk.

What happens if I win?
You will be flown to the Paint & Panel Bodyshop Awards dinner in Melbourne on 11 October 2019 (unless of course you're from there) to receive your award at our glittering gala dinner and be profiled in the the November issue of the magazine. As well as the physical award to display in your reception area, you will receive a winner's logo to display on your website and in your marketing material.

Rising Star award is proudly sponsored by Vantage Automotive
