Singaporean conglomerate Shi Paradise Resorts has announced it is to build a chain of luxury car spas in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne which will 'bring harmony to both cars and their owners.'.
The new concept, called Le Vroom Room, aims to reinvent the entire repair proceess and generate a steady stream of customers for the car spa's upmarket detailing services.
“We will offer a holistic repair service that fixes not only the accident damage to the car but also to the driver,” said Managing Director Claude Voiture.
As well as traditional paint and panel services and PDR techniques, customers can opt to have a Feng Shui treatment applied to their vehicle to help avoid accidents in the future. When the customer checks their car in they have the option of a Reiki healing session to release any negativity or trauma from the accident, or a deep tissue massage. If it is a 'not at fault' accident then an extra beauty treatment such as a facial can be enjoyed and will be recovered through the cost of the repair. A fully equipped Spa with 12 treatment rooms, a steam room and swimming pool will annexe each of the repair facilities.
A range of beauty treatments are also on offer for the cars with a choice of eco-friendly custom paints developed exclusively for Le Vroom Room to offer clients a guaranteed unique respray colour. Wraps utilising liquid gold and Fair Trade diamonds are also available. Le Vroom Room's team of skilled panel beaters, experienced in working with luxury models, can offer vehicle enhancements that can be booked in for another visit. These include flare kicks, raising of side skirts and rear spoiler augmentation. Customers can use a computer simulation programme to see how their car would look should they choose any of these enhancements.
“We also put the detail into detailing,” said Voiture, “Cars are washed in specially imported spring water, buff pads are made from organic wool, subtle air enhancers offer a huge range of scents created exclusively at our perfume factory in the south of France. These include freshly mown grass and freshly printed banknotes.
“Our aim is that once a customer has had their car repaired here they will come back regularly to enjoy a half day at our Spa while their car is enjoying its own beauty treatments.”
