Rotary-screw units provide clean, filtered and dried intake-air, in conditions where high levels of dust and spray are present. Tank-mounted, the entire compressed-air kit can be installed in a workshop, without the need for a separate plant room.

All spare parts are readily available because of the local manufacture and manuals are written for Australian users. Training is provided by Champion Compressors and as standards in Australia are stringent, Champion’s local designers have developed compressor technology that incorporates full internal guarding that exceeds workplace safety standards.

The compressors are manufactured from the ground-up and can provide precision-engineered off-the-shelf units, or design and deliver customised kits. Champion rotary-screw compressors such as the Ci and CSi range, are designed for 100 per cent duty. High-efficiency cooling systems ensure performance in hot local conditions, with operation in
50°C ambient conditions.
