Queen Street Customs, an accident repair, custom car shop, car wash and car hire business in Revesby was criticised for a facebook post on last night's A Current Affair program.
The report on bridal party burnouts showed a wedding where the groom was having a hoon. The video was posted on facebook and Queen Street, who provided a Rolls-Royce and Lamborghini for the wed then posted it on its own facebook page with the comment "Now that is a wedding done properly!"
Despite the fact that the cars used in the burn outs weren't those belonging the Queen Street Group the report said that Queen Street boss Mouhamed Ibrahim was encouraging dangerous behaviour.
While this story is a reminder that businesses should be careful what they post of their facebook pages, the Current Affair report was fantastic publicity for the car hire business and a Queen Street employee reported a strong surge in bookings today.
