McGrath's night attract the crowds
News
The Mounties club in Sydney proved an excellent location to host the 550-plus attendees at distributor McGrath's Parts & Paint trade night.
The night was well represented with consumables and equipment suppliers Spies Hecker, Festo, 3M, Castrol, K&H, AC-Delco, Paces Auto Products, Air & Allied and Capsicorn Society. On the parts side, Holden, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Subaru, Nissan, Kia, Suzuki, Daewoo and Volkswagen all attended.
While the night was based around providing business information, there was lighter side to the evening. Once the food was cleared -- and there was plenty of it -- the raffle was drawn and it was on with the star attraction, comedian Paul Martell, who kept the crowd amused with his English humour.
McGrath's also hosted a smaller scale trade night at its second distributorship in Canberra, which was haled an outstanding success amongst the locals. This was the first trade night for the Canberra distributor and no doubt the first of many. While the crowds were smaller than Sydney, it gave customers the chance to spend more than just a quick five mintues with key suppliers and take home some valueable information.
