The WS400 Supernova  takes the spraying of modern water-based basecoats and HS clear coats to another level, according to ANEST IWATA. The Supernova delivers a consistent droplet size when atomizing which, when combined with its flat and even fan pattern, helps reduce common issues such as boil and pin holing on HS clear coats as a result of too much clear coat in one area, caused by the centre-heavy fan patterns of many traditional spray guns. Pininfarina, the Italian design house renowned for some of history’s most elegant and instantly recognizable car designs, has worked closely with ANEST IWATA and the Italian university of Pavia to produce a gun that combines timeless design and elegance, with the ultimate in spray gun performance.   Stella ergonomics The Surpernova isn't all about looks. It's designed to be as comfortable to use as possible. Optimal ergonomics such as the grip of the Supernova spray gun, helps distribute weight and balance through the wrist, reducing the risk of repetitive strains. Perfect balance and responsive trigger action were at the forefront of the design process to give the painter complete control when applying tricky basecoats and final coats. For the first time, the angle of the cup has been designed with both disposable and standard cups in mind.  ANEST IWATA   offers a wide range of alternative spray guns for the professional automotive refinisher.   The ANEST IWATA W400  The High TEC (Transfer Efficiency Control) range of spray guns provides the user with unparalleled colour matching by utilising a flat and thin pattern shape and better control of atomizing pressure. For optimum results, these guns have been designed to operate at lower inlet pressures, typically around 2 Bar or 28 psi.   These guns also feature low-air consumption, less than 10cfm, to reduce energy costs. More paint on the job means less wastage and even greater savings. ANEST IWATA  also offers a full range of HVLP spray guns. Both the LPH400 LVX and the LPH400LVB feature eXtreme air cap technology and are easily recognized by the purple and orange air cap rings. These guns have been engineered to spray pearl and metallic basecoats to overcome the difficulties standard spray guns can face with mottling, blotching and streaking. The most recent addition is the LPH80. A compact centre feed gravity spray gun, it is perfectly suited for use in touch-ups and small area spraying, as in custom graphics, and for use with candy colours.  Contact: 1300 277 729
