“Cam Clean has been a very popular product in the refinish industry in Australia hence has been targeted by competitive branded gun cleaning products for sometime now,” Warren McMatrin from ACE said.

“Due to the lower price structures of these competitive products our sales did decline. In the face of these declining sales numbers we had two decisions to make. Either we stick with our high quality formulation which offered proven results for many years or we use cheaper components to reduce our prices.

“We decided to stick with our quality formulation in the hope that the users would recognise the economical benefits against the competitive brands in the long term. We believe this has now occurred as our sales over the last three months have been the highest ever recorded.”

Cam Clean is a unique product that remains active for extended periods and it can be strained and reused many times.

McMartin said the superior cleaning action of this non-caustic, non-flammable solution reduces maintenance and labour time.

“Cam Clean will keep your spray equipment in A1 condition without damaging spray gun seals or plastic components,” he said.
