THE INDUSTRY RECOGNISES that turbine systems have always been a premium solution for dust extraction.

Turbine benefits include: high efficiency (in terms of dust extraction capacity and running costs); low noise; ease of use and reliability and long service life. But one of the pitfalls has always been the cost.

Now Rupes says it has a solution to that with the introduction of its new HTE300 Standalone Turbine Vacuum Tower that includes all the benefits of a turbine solutionwithout the overheads.

Traditional turbines have always come with high installation costs and once installed it is expensive to change the system’s configuration.

The new HTE300 requires no installation, you just connect the power and air line to the system and it is ready for operation.

Designed for heavy use - the powerful 2.2kW motor produces 360 m3/h of suction, a low 68 dBA of noise, has two work space storage cabinets each containing a vacuum, air and electrical connection, 26L dust container, integrated display providing system performance information, front panel tower for external equipment such as infrared systems and a 3+2 warranty.

Rupes claims that compared to a standard armature wound mobile dust extractor, the HTE300 will provide significantly greater value for money over its service life. It says that bags, filters, maintenance, efficiency and service life are all big factors to be considered when making decisions on dust extraction.
