THE MIRKA DUSTBAG sander that provides effective dust extraction without the need for a portable or central vacuum unit, is a successful product for the autobody industry. So now PPG Plus have added to the range with a Venturi Dustbag kit.
By simply connecting to a conventional compressed air line, the dustbag kit operates on the same principle and allows users to sand with a Mirka block and Abranet sheets.
The internal design of the unit means it selfgenerates a vacuum that extracts dust away from the work surface, sending it down a length of hose. This dust ends up in a special bag, making the Venturi a convenient and portable sanding tool that enables users to operate drag free without a vacuum unit if there is no unit available.
PPG Plus distributors can provide kits that come complete with a black nylon bag, 10 disposable inner dust bag inserts, an exhaust hose and the Venturi unit. A four metre extraction hose is also available.
