Festool has announced a new ‘all-rounder’ dust extractor, the Cleantex CT48.
Festool says the 48 litre capacity is ideally suited to stationary applications with particularly large quantities of dust.
The extractor is compact for good handling and features a compact high-performance turbine for optimal extraction results.
It uses a space-saving integrated flat filter to ensure full use of the container volume and to extend the filter bags’ replacement intervals.
Special self-clean, tear-resistant woven filter bags provide constantly high suction power.
The unit has an extra-large handle and wheels to allow it to move easily over steps and staircases. The CT 48 works with a continuously variable suction power adjustment and automatic electronic switch-on/shut-off.
Festool has combined the CT 44 and CT 55 into the new CT48. With a compressed air module, an additional socket and a power box, the extractor can be individually developed and also combined with the Toolcenter TC 3000/2 Workcenter, CT ASA and the Systainer.
