Eurotec Produkts's latest welders are from Italian manufacturer, Telwin. On offer are a medium frequency, direct current (MFDC) spot welder and a MIG-MAG/BRAZING synergic welding machine.
The MFDC unit is a microprocessor controlled resistance (spot) welding machine with water-cooled clamp. The power clamp technology (power circuits integrated in the clamp) allows for high spot-welding currents with low absorption rates and the use of longer (5m) and lighter cables for a better holding and a wider range of action and minimum magnetic fields around the cables. The unit gives excellent results on high strength steel (HSS)/boron and galvanised metal sheets says Eurotec. The digital, multifunction panel makes it simple to adjust spot-welding parameters automatically according to the chosen tool, the type of material and sheet thickness. Users are free to set a multitude of spot-welding programmes by customising all the relative parameters; the programmes and reports they generate can be transferred to a USB pen drive.
The Digital MIG 180 is a microprocessor controlled, MIG-MAG/BRAZING synergic welding machine ideal for welding galvanised sheets, HSS high strength steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheets. The synergic digidesk technology allows for a rapid and easy setting of the welding programmes and control both of the arc and of the quality of the welding.
