NRMA PSR award winners

Dc1:NRMA Insurance, has named Merv Newby Smash Repairs NRMA Insurance PSR of the Year. The company was chosen from 427 Preferred Smash Repairers across NSW and the ACT.

Merv Newby Smash Repairs in Rydalmere has been honoured for always striving to find the most cost-effective method of repairing a vehicle, including sourcing alternative parts and preferring to repair parts rather than replace them.

NRMA said the one-stop shop, providing smash, mechanical and electrical services, has consistently outperformed other PSRs in the area and is willing to examine and introduce new initiatives to bolster the competitiveness and sustainability of the business.

The NRMA Insurance PSR Awards, held at the Sydney Convention Centre, recognise leading smash repair businesses from across NSW and the ACT based on their dedication to quality workmanship, innovation and outstanding customer service.
