2014 was the first year we have invited video or powerpoint entries for the regional repairer category of the Suncorp/Paint&Panel Autobody Repairer awards. We had some great entries and some that weren't as detailed as they could have been.
Craig Carey of Micra Accident Repair Centre in Breadalbane, Tasmania asked one of the youngsters in his team to put together his video entry. Not only does it show the shop and its facilities but Carey talks about his vision for the business and checks off on the published criteria for these awards. Take a leaf out of Carey's book and see what hidden Spielbergs you have in your business, Gen Y are all about video action.
If you have some downtime at Christmas it might be the ideal opportunity to get started on your 2015 entry - we look forward to receiving them. Entries will open in March next year.
