Office Professional, Adina Nijemcevic
AMA Group Ltd, VIC
Workforce development doesn’t happen by accident. It requires structure, persistence and genuine commitment. That’s the space Adina Nijemcevic works in every day.
As group apprentice manager at AMA Group, Adina oversees apprenticeship programs across a national network. Her role spans attraction, engagement, retention and compliance — partnering with site leaders, RTOs and government bodies to ensure apprentices receive consistent support.
The scale is significant, with hundreds of apprentices progressing through the system. But the impact is personal. Adina mentors individuals through the ups and downs of a four-year trade journey, helping build confidence alongside technical capability.
She has strengthened school-based pathways, increased engagement with high school students and aligned training programs with operational needs. Completion rates have improved and leadership capability at site level has grown through her involvement.
Adina has also completed Mental Health First Aid training, recognising the wellbeing component of apprenticeship support. She is active in broader industry conversations around workforce sustainability and diversity.
Adina is proud to contribute to an organisation that genuinely invests in its people, drives positive industry change, and creates meaningful opportunities for the next generation.
Her work focuses on the long term — building pipelines that will sustain collision repair into the future.
