On Saturday 28th May, Repairhub brought together more than 50 members of its leadership team at their 2022 Leaders Conference in Melbourne. The day was an opportunity to reflect on their achievements over the past 12-18 months and the focus going forward.
At the Conference, COO and Founder Chris Beatty announced a significant boost to the core employee scheme. Standard technician hours will be reduced from 45 hours to 40 hours per week from the 30th June 2022, with no reduction in pay or benefits. As a business Repairhub recognises that employees are looking for more flexibility. The change in hours is being referred to as the “3 o’clock knockoff”.

Following the Conference, Repairhub held their Annual Awards night at the RACV Melbourne Ballroom. The night was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate their achievements as a business and recognise outstanding technicians and teams for their work in 2021.
Repairhub Underwood was awarded the prestigious “Best Site Award” with Repairhub Marrickville the runner up.
