Volvo Cars Australia has announced the appointment of Nick Connor as its new managing director.
Connor was previously Volvo Cars' vice-president in charge of the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) major markets based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Prior to this, he was the CEO of Polestar, a high-performance car brand which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo cars.
Connor said he looked forward to working with the Volvo dealer network in Australia and continuing to push the brand's luxury focus in Australia.

“I look forward to working closely with our dealer network to capitalise on these fantastic new products and on the recognition to deliver a greater share of the luxury new car market in Australia.”
