Captial SMART Currum Downs was closed for two days for deep cleaning and contact tracing after one of its staff tested positive for COVID-19.
An AMA spokesperson said: "We were notified of our first COVID positive employee on a site last Wednesday evening. The site was shut down on-the-spot and employees were instructed to self-isolate until further notice. Suppliers, contractors and customers were contacted immediately.
“A deep clean of the site and all vehicles was undertaken on Thursday, as well as contact tracing in partnership with the Department of Health and Human Services.
“This was a copybook response and as of today (Monday) it is business-as-usual. The site has been cleared to reopen and employees who are not self-isolating are free to return to work.”
