Is your shop running at peak performance? If you are looking to grow and improve business in your bodyshop, Refinish Performance Management (RPM) can lend a hand, say Axalta.

RPM is hosting a National Business Council for bodyshop owners who are inspired to boost their bottom lines. The symposium will be held at the Hydro Majestic Hotel, Blue Mountains, New South Wales on 8-11 March 2016.
Refinish Performance Management Business Council members are invited to attend a special three day meeting to encourage interaction with industry leaders, update knowledge on the latest industry trends, learn and reinforce key business fundamentals to help shops grow and improve efficiency and profitability. Non-member bodyshop owners are also invited to attend for a first-hand look at how becoming a Business Council member can help them achieve their business goals.
The symposium will feature international speakers who will provide valuable insights into some of the tools and techniques that are critical in increasing throughput and decreasing cycle times within the collision repair process. The symposium will also address issues important to bodyshops, including methods to enhance leadership skills and improve communication within the organisation. The primary focus, will be to focus on each businesses’ goals and the strategies, actions and timings needed to achieve these goals.
“Axalta is excited to offer shops in the refinishing industry an opportunity to build a network with other industry operators who share the same goals and face the same challenges,” said Ken Catford-Potter, Strategic Services Manager. “We strive to provide connections to refinisher industry experts so our customers stay informed, and deliver the information to help drive improvement in their businesses.”
