Chad Buckley from Peter Kittle Toyota in Adelaide compares managing a family-owned business to running a dealer owned bodyshop and working in a completely different way. He'll outline the pluses and minuses and share some fresh thinking employed by his team.

Small to medium businesses are major targets for cyber crime. Nsure's Gerry Power and Rami Fahmy will be outlining the dangers and how you can protect your business. Power is the National Head of Sales for Emergence Insurance, the only specialist cyber underwriter in the Australian market.Solutions include an incident response team enabling clients to prepare and recover from cyber events.
Rob Mildenhall, Capricorn
Mildenhall has a birdeye view of the market place and will give a quick talk of what is going to become the new normal as more ADAS equipped cars penentrate the market.

Two BMW repairers, Glen O'Donnell from Macarthur Prestige and David Butler from Autohaus Prestige will discuss what fresh thinking they needed to employ when building their new shops.
