For 2020 we continue to restrict the MSO category to those autobody repair businesses who run 3-20 sites to shine a light on 'smaller' operations. We are excluding franchise or semi-franchise groups as they operate on a different business model.

Entry is either by video (up to five minutes long) or Powerpoint presentation and we would like you to demonstrate:
- Consistency across branches in terms of processes, brand awareness (it they operate under one brand of course), quality outcomes and customer service.
- Tell us about your marketing and social media strategies.
- How does your internal network operate and how do your site teams communicate?
- What career structure do you offer team members, are there additional incentives over salary and what is your training policy for office and workshop staff.
- Do you employ apprentices and if so mention any strategies to attract apprentices and encourage them to complete their training.
- Tell us about any other innovative initiatives you might have implemented.
- We'd also like to know what you consider to be the advantages and disadvantages (if any) of running multiple shops.
- Please include photos or video footage of each site or links to websites which contain these.
