With so much going on throughout the weekend, we decided to show some love to the real heroes of Summernats 2017. The entrants and their amazing vehicles. So, for you viewing pleasure we have included all the classic cars, intense engines and brave burnouts the we, the APP team, captured in the capital.
While we came across so many amazing paint jobs along the way, a special mention must go to George Dimitrievki and Advanced Airbrush, who created a crazy Batman inspired vehicle featuring the bat himself, The Joker and Two-Face.
After a good moment or two of myself and our cameraman doing our best Batman voice, we thought it best to ask Dimitrievki what inspired this remarkable work.
"Well originally I had scissors doors on the car, so naturally my friends then began to call me Batman. The name kind of stuck and that's where the inspiriation for the airbrush paint job came from."
