IAG has published in Quality Report for the 2023-2024 financial year. In that time its motor assessors completed 310,000 repair assessments with almost 80,000 motor repair quality inspections conducted by IAG motor assessors and IAG repair facilities.
Of the 78,865 inspections (22.1% of authorised repairs) there were 1,239 quality issued logs. IAG reports at 98% average quality score with .1% potential safety issues.
