A collision repair business in Far North Queensland was contacted by a doctor with a urgent request for help with PPE equipment.

PPE in hospitals is running low and the doctor requested a donation of any surplus P2 masks, disposable nitrile gloves, coveralls or spray suits.

The business owner who does't want to be named, because this is about helping to save lives, said: "If any shop across Australia has any of the above could they consider donating to their own local hospital - it may save lives? Our doctors, nurses and medical staff are our most important assets right now."
