Claims management disruptor Hello Claims has announced a two-year exclusive partnership with Splend, a car leasing and rental service for Uber drivers.
Under the agreement, Splend will adopt Hello Claims smart assessing technology to manage the claims process of its vehicles.
Repairs will be completed within an average of five days, compared to the industry average of 16 days.
Splend CEO Chris King said the digitisation of its claims management function was vital to keep up with the growing customer demand.
