Rarely does a weather forecast ever predict it to rain money but a few lucky US motorists saw just that, following a recent crash.
According to CNN, a freeway in Illinois was littered with US$5, $10 and $20 bills following an accident.
The vehicle had been carrying cash collected from gambling machines when it slammed into a guardrail and subsequently another car.
The exact amount of cash being transported was not revealed.
Speeding has been identified as the cause of the accident which also left another driver in an off-road ditch.
Police were on the scene to swiftly retrieve the money, closing the road for an hour and causing serious delays in traffic.
