CARe Automotive has announce the acquisition of Brahim’s Bodyworks in Caboolture (Queensland) and Casey Accident Repairs in Packenham (Victoria).
Both businesses are well established and highly regarded for providing quality repair services in their respective immediate and surrounding area. Both acquisitions are a continuum of CARe’s broader micro centre strategy targeting quality community-based repair centres on the outer of key metro areas.
Both sites will complement the fast-growing CARe Automotive network of repair centres. The sites will be branded CARe Auto Caboolture and CARe Auto Packenham respectively. The location of the site at Caboolture will provide CARe customers a broader base of options along the M1 corridor through Brisbane, complementing the Brendale, Loganholme and Virginia centres.
The site at Packenham will similarly provide an expanded service offering across South East Melbourne, complementing the Clayton, Dandenong and recently opened Seaford centres. Both transactions where completed on 1st October, and will commence operations under their new ownership mid-October 2024, expanding the CARe Automotive network to fourteen centres across Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane/Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast.
In a statement the company said: “CARe Auto is the new entrant within the field of Collision and Accident Repair Expertise, bringing an innovative approach to the supply chain for drivable repairs and delivering efficient quality outcomes for our customers. CARe Auto is focussed on developing new technologies that enhance positive customer outcomes across the end to end claims and repair experience”.
