The Car-O-Liner CTR9 automatic welder, with its lightweight transformer gun, has been apporved for use on Jaguar and Land Rover cars.
With its 355° swivel handle and ergo-grip, the CTR9 enables good working positions for anyone, for any job. The gun is supported by a telescopic arm in a durable and lightweight extruded aluminum that can be easily adjusted both vertically and horizontally.
In order to achieve this approval, the Car-O-Liner CTR9 welder went through a boronated steel resistance spot welder testing protocol, which includes a number of various structural and cross section tests. The tests were performed on different boronated steel combinations to ensure the quality welding requirements set by Jaguar/Land Rover.
