Busselton Panel and Paint is the latest business to join the Car Craft Group. Owned by husband and wife team Paul and Michelle Horsley, the couple purpose-built the shop back in 1994. Bussleton is 230km south of Perth, with a population of approximately 37,000.
The facility specialises in insurance repairs for both heavy and light hits. Paul's reasons for joining Car Craft include future-proofing his business.
"I was having the 1Q1 System put in and heard about the benefits of Car Craft from member Paul Smith. There are some good ideas in the group like the Excess Plus Certificate they offer and the better buying power of a group. Our industry is changing so quickly, you need the latest information and that's easier to come by when lots of people pool their knowledge. I also like the idea of presenting a unified approach with insurance companies as a group with high standards."
