Axalta Coating Systems has introduced its Colour Block blog showcasing its paint colour of the year, Brilliant Blue.
The blog features a host of articles and industry professionals who have a passion for colour and use paints in their day-to-day work.
Selected as Axalta's 'Automotive Colour of the Year', Brilliant Blue launched in January inspired by a spike in sales for blue light vehicles in the US last year.
According to Axalta's research, demand for richer colours are on the decline.
The company has launched a range of digital activations to celebrate the launch of Brilliant Blue, including a video showcasing the product at the EyesOn Design Awards for Innovative use of Colour, Graphics or Materials at the North American International Auto Show Awards earlier in the year.
