There are so many amazing country shops across Australia - unfortunately judging them all in person can't be done, even before Coronavirus concent. That's why we ask all country repairer nominees to submit a video up to 6 minutes long that showcases your business. We have been so impressed with the videos sent to us over the last few years. However, sadly, there can only be one winner. If you've made a video before but didn't win, feel free to send it in again, or perhaps use it as a base for this year's awards. We're not expecting anything professionally made that takes hours of editing and a plethora of lights, hair and makeup. A movie shot on a smart phone is perfect.
As with all of our awards you can be nominated for self-nominate. We will be sending out reminders to submit your videos when the entries close.
Country Repairer award is proudly sponsored by Motor Trades Association of Australia. Nominations close on June 18. Videos must be submitted for judging by 1 August 2020.

How do I get the video to you?
You can upload your video to Youtube and send us a link or send us the file via dropbox, Hightail etc or send the video in on a memory stick to Paint & Panel, 17-21 Bellevue Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010. If you are emailing the link please use the email address: awards@paintandpanel.com.au and make the subject Country Repairers Award.
The video should present the operations of your repair shop, including customer reception area, offices, estimating area, parts storage and workshop – as well as demonstrating workflow where possible. Training, OH&S and sustainable initiatives should also be mentioned as well as any other areas that you think makes your business stand out. What happens if I win?
You will be flown to the Paint & Panel Bodyshop Awards dinner (coronavirus restrictions permitting) to receive your award and be profiled in the the January issue of the magazine. As well as the physical award to display in your reception area, you will receive a winner's logo to display on your website and in your marketing material.
