Suncorp's automotive parts supplier ACM Parts has relocated its NSW operations to Smeaton Grange.

The large warehouse facility spans around 20,000 sqm and holds three times the storage capacity of its previous space in Huntingwood.

The move marks major growth for the company which has increased its staff count by 50 percent in the past 12 months.

ACM Parts CEO Mike Kirkman believes that the Smeaton Grange facility will boost the effiency of its operations and capabilities.

“This move signals a new phase in ACM Parts’ development in NSW, as well as nationally.

“The warehouse capacity at Smeaton Grange means we can deliver on our promise to be a faster, more cost effective and more comprehensive supplier to Australia’s collision and repair industry.

“We needed a much bigger footprint to be able to handle the volume of quality-checked recycled parts, ACM Certified Parts and OEM parts required by today’s industry.”

An expansion of the compant's delivery fleet has also increased to 23 vehicles.
