Paint & Panel has put together a national survey for vehicle body repair shop owners or managers in order to take the pulse of the industry. The survey is anonymous.
It was great to talk to all the shop owners who were nominated for the Paint & Panel Bodyshop Awards during judging but that's only around 50 repairers. The only regular report on the repair industry in Australia is by IBISWorld whose team of researchers seem to have a slim grasp of how the the repair market operates and the report has to be purchased for around $1000.
Paint & Panel will of course be sharing all the survey results with our readers and it won't cost a cent, just a maximum of 10 minutes of your time. To make it more interesting we've left the 'view responses' option on so you can see what others have said while you are answering.

There has been seismic change in this industry over the last five years, the Paint & Panel team think it's important for the whole industry to know how a large cross section of smash businesses is feeling about the future and the industry today.
The survey is aimed at owners or shop managers only - one reponse per shop please. If you are part of a group obviously each shop manager can answer the survey.
