CAPS launches services in Queensland

Compressed Air and Power Services Australia (CAPS) has expanded its national presence with the launch of an air compressor service fleet in Gladstone.

It offers complete 24 hour a day, seven days a week service. CAPS says it is the first national air compressor company to offer dedicated resources to support the Gladstone, Bundaberg, Rockhampton and Mowra regions.

“It’s vital for businesses in the local area to have access to support in the event of a compressor breakdown,” CAPS Australia National Service Manager, Pietro Ellis said. “Waiting for a field technician who is based in other major regional centres can result in significant downtime.”

The new Gladstone service fleet stock has access to a wide range of air compressor spare parts and consumables, ensuring that they are well prepared for the situations that a customer may face.

Ellis continued, “Being a national company, our customers will not only be able to draw upon the compressor knowledge of our local Gladstone staff, but can also benefit from the backing of more than 100 technical and field support staff to assist them.”

CAPS is Australia’s largest locally-owned air compressor and power generation company. The company’s head office and manufacturing facility is supported by nine branch offices and more than 70 field service vehicles.
