David McCarthy Senior Manager - Public Relations, Product and Corporate Communications - will be talking about Mercedes-Benz technology and the importance and challenges of keeping its world-leading structural integrity and performance during service and repair.
McCarthy is lively speaker at home on stage and in front the TV cameras, and is known for not pulling his punches.

We'll also have a session for Next Generation repairers and various training session in the afternoon on topics ranging from digital marketing to paintless dent repairs.
