WorkSafe NT
On 11 June 2003, NT WorkSafe became the administrative and regulatory arm of the Northern Territory Work Health Authority the statutory body established under the Work Health Act.
NT WorkSafe took over responsibility from the Office of Work Health for the Territory-wide regulation of occupational health and safety, rehabilitation and workers' compensation.
