CRSA (Collision Repair Specialists of Australia)

Mission Statement: CRSA is a gathering of collision repair specialists from around Australia dedicated to the future of the collision repair industry and to maintaining and improving their own professional image within that industry.

Code of Practice: Participants will at all times act in a professional manner to customers, parts and consumables suppliers, paint companies and insurers.

When attending CRSA conferences participants will not personally verbally attack other participants, guests or the industry itself.

Participants will, to the best of their ability, maintain and project a positive, professional attitude at all times.

Participants will only nominate like-minded individuals or companies for acceptance as participants in CRSA.
