Romeo Nader from CNR Autobody in Bankstown NSW won the fantastic first prize of $1000 in
Norton product including safety equipment and a Multi-Air sanding block starter kit.
Nader’s workshop wonder was his Globaljig Koala scissor lift, which has made life a lot easier for his tradesman.
Dirk De Haan of De Haan Bodyworks in Tasmania won the Filler Detective. His workshop wonder is the 8.5KW solar system he installed (see page 20).
The three runners up who won a year’s magazine subscription are: Robert McManus from RAM Auto Refinishers, Victoria who rates his AutoRobot XLS scissor bench. John Davison of Davison’s Autobody, Tasmania who said: “Our best investment is our Festool dry sanding and extraction system – it’s faster, cleaner and quieter than our previous system.
Shana Mohammed at Graham Hill Smash Repairs, NSW rates their Pro Spot i4 welder. “It has made an incredible difference in the quality, speed and durability of our workmanshop,” she said.
