MTA NSW has launched version two of its ‘realistic times guide’.

MTA NSW hopes the whole repair industry will embrace MTA Realistic Times Guide V2. Greg Preston, senior manager of Divisional Services, MTA NSW, said: “This makes real time, real money simpler.”

The electronic times guide was developed on the recommendations of two productivity commissions and the Stay Safe Committee’s review.

In order to arrive at times for many of the more complex jobs, repairers with the necessary equipment levels and training were filmed performing these repairs to demonstrate the time required to undertake it.
