Judges on the hunt for the best repair shops in Australia

The judging panel is gearing up for the 2011 Suncorp/Australasian Paint & Panel Autobody of the Year Awards, so get your nomination in now.

From Hobart to Broome, we will scour the country to find the best smash repair shops. It’s time to recognise the people who help hapless motorists safely back into their restored cars.

The Suncorp/AP&P Autobody of the Year Awards 2011 judging panel will select state winners in each of the three categories – best large shop, best small shop and best new shop. A large shop is one that has more than 15 employees, a small shop 15 employees or under, and a new shop is one that has been built, or substantially rebuilt, and is less than 18 months old in June, 2011.

From the state finalists, three national winners will be chosen.

The awards are delivered at a fine industry lunch held in Sydney in October. The winner’s plaque displayed in your reception area inspires confidence from both customers and insurers alike, and it is always great to be recognised by your own industry for the hard work and professionalism you put into your business.

Entries are open until 17 June 2011 and the form can be found inside this magazine or on our website www.paintandpanel.com.au. You can enter online, by fax or by mail.

Suppliers can nominate the clients whose work they most admire or you can nominate your own workshop. So what are you waiting for? You have to be in it to win it.
